  • Do the units come furnished?

    No need for renting a U-Haul or borrowing a friend’s truck, nearly all of our communities provide stylish furniture INCLUDED in the rent, saving you additional money. All your student will need to bring are personal items (television, computer, stereo...) and decorations to create their own unique space.
  • What is included in rent?

     All utilities are included in rent. There is a $120 cap on electric. (Any overages will be divided among roommates) We provide water, electricity, Internet and cable.
  • Can I pay with a card?

    You are able to pay with a card. However there is a 2.5% interest fee for using this form of payment. We also accept checks/money orders. No cash please!
  • Will my financial aid cover my charges for rent?

    Your living costs at The Brumbelow will be covered for financial aid. Please provide us with a copy of your statement and must pay three months in advance when using financial aid to cover rent.
  • Are we allowed pets?

    You are allowed pets, two pets per unit. There will be a $250 non-refundable pet fee for each pet, plus $30 monthly pet rent. We do not allow any pets that are considered vicious breed. 
  • Is there a drop box on sight?

    We do have a drop box located next to the mailboxes where you can drop off rent during non business hours.
  • Do I have to have renter’s insurance before I move-in?

    Although it’s not mandatory, we certainly recommend it! Renter’s Insurance policies are very affordable on average.
